STEP 1 - Selecting Online Bank Transfer
- Choose Online Bank Transfer on the dropdown menu as your payment option.
- Tap PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to continue
STEP 2 - Confirming Payment Option – Part 1
- A dialog box will appear to confirm your payment option
- Tap Yes to proceed, No if you wish to go back
STEP 2 - Confirming Payment Option - Part 2
- Tap Ok, to proceed with Online Bank Transfer.
STEP 3 - Order Confirmation
- Your order is now confirmed!
- You will receive a message in your Facebook Messenger that provides these details:
– Payment Details (use details for the payment option you selected)
– Order Reference No.
– Total Amount
- Let’s open your Bank App to process your payment
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 1
- For this guide, we will use BPI Mobile App for online bank transfer to other Bank.
- Don’t worry, you can use your other mobile app.
- Open your Mobile App
- Tap Login
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 2
- Log-in with your Username and Password
- Tap Login button to open and process your transaction
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 3
- Select your account you want to use
- Tap the three lines to view the Menus
- Tap Transfers and select Transfer Money
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 4
- Fill in the details needed to transfer money
- Select account where the amount transfer is from
- Enter the amount of your bill in the space provided under Transaction amount

- Select Transfer to another bank option
- Select which bank will you be transferring to
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 6
- Click the dropdown icon
- We can see different banks where you can send money
- For this guide, we will select BDO UNIBANK INC
- Tap the drop down icon to select bank
- Scroll down to continue filling in the details
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 7
- Fill in the bank details of the merchant stated in the order confirmation.
- Fill in the “Account Number” and “Account Name”
- You can add Notes. It is optional
- Yey! We’re done filling in the details.Tap Next to proceed
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 8
- Here is the summary and confirmation, review it before finally send the money to the merchant.
- Put a tick mark on the box in the leftmost bottom to agree in the terms and conditions of bank transactions
- Scroll down to confirm
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 9
- As you scroll down, you may now tap the Confirm if the details are correct and to process your transaction.
- If you want to change some details, tap the back icon located at the upper left most of the screen.
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 10
- Your transaction is now being processed.
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 11
- You will see an OTP confirmation for your transaction
- If this is your number, tap Yes, send me the code. If not, you may change the number by tapping the Not your number?
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 12
- An OTP will be sent to your mobile number
- Enter the 6 digits code you received here
- Tap Submit button
STEP 4 - Open and Use Bank App - Part 13
- Finally! You have successfully transferred money to another bank account
- Save the confirmation number and send this to the Facebook Page Messenger of your merchant
STEP 5 - Enter Reference Number
- Open your Facebook Messenger and select the Facebook Page Name of your merchant
- Tap Send Reference Number
- Then, enter reference number
STEP 6 - Confirm Your Reference Number
- After entering your reference number, tap SUBMIT to confirm, if you want to resend a reference number, tap CHANGE REFERENCE NUMBER.

STEP 7 - Order Confirmation
- You will receive a notification that your order is now confirmed and lead time time of your delivery!
